With a purpose to grow our people, serve our customers and build our community, and a mission to be the company people trust to power projects safely and successfully every time, our Injury Free initiative provides that drive to ensure work place safety. This in turn helps us achieve our purpose and mission.
In March of 2017, we launched Injury Free and empowered our employees to implement changes that ensure at the end of each day they all go home safely to their families and friends. Injury Free is a culture change platform that propelled our company to achieve in 16 months the lowest incident rates over the past decade.

Our Safety
Ambassadors
are a team of people that represent crafts/roles involved in the delivery of projects. They have been nominated by their peers, and provide job site specific feedback on the program, practices, changes and new ideas. They also help solve problems and roll out new information/practices.
