We are thrilled to announce the successful near completion of the 127 RLP Hotel (Tempo Hilton) project in the heart of Nashville, TN. In February 2022 Bell Construction entrusted us to assist in the build of a 16-story hotel at Rosa L Parks and Commerce Street in a design-build project. Our task: to handle electrical design, power circuits, gear installations, lighting, lighting controls, standby generator, fire alarm, lightning protection, and communication systems.

Working hand-in-hand with Bell Construction and other subcontractors, we engineered, modeled, procured, and installed top-notch electrical and communication systems to meet and exceed the Client’s expectations.

Despite facing hurdles like COVID-19 and material price hikes, we conquered them all:

Tight schedules and labor supply
Material/submittal lead times, design tweaks, and price fluctuations
Model coordination among subcontractors
Coordinating owner-supplied materials
