Who We Are
Most problems on a jobsite were created long before anyone set foot on it.
VCF exists to change that. Our team combines virtual construction and prefabrication to do the hard thinking before work in the field begins. We model exactly how a project comes together, identify conflicts before they become costly, and build components in a controlled environment so field crews can install with precision, confidence, and fewer opportunities for injury.
Based in the Nashville office, we support Stansell projects throughout the region, across our Transportation & Infrastructure, and Industrial, Commercial, and Utilities teams.

Our Impact
VCF changes what’s possible on a project. Smarter planning before work begins means faster schedules, fewer field problems, and safer conditions for every crew involved.
Efficiency On the Hamilton Tunnel Lighting Project, prefabricating components off-site trimmed a quarter of the schedule and made the job safer in the process, allowing teams to complete it 100% Injury Free.
Problems solved before they cost money On one of Stansell’s most complex projects, the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, VCF identified and resolved major coordination conflicts before they reached the field where fixes are exponentially more expensive.
Fewer hazards. Fewer surprises. When more work happens in a controlled fabrication environment instead of an active jobsite, crews face fewer unpredictable conditions. Less rework, less congestion, less exposure. VCF is one of the ways Stansell lives its Injury Free commitment on every project.
